1.From January 1 to January 8, 2013,Zhang Shougang,the Secretary-General of Communication and Negotiation Committee took part in 2013 Second Seminar on Knowledge Management Creativity organized by Marketing Department of Chung Chou University of Science and Technology in Taiwan,and gave a report on the theme of "build practical teaching system of college to bring up the students' innovative ability",which received widespread attention and high praise among the participating scholars in Taiwan.During the Seminar,he presented the book Business Communication and Negotiation edited by Zhang Shougang,the Secretary-General of the Committee and Practical experience and business negotiation skills - depth interviews with fifty business negotiators edited by Wang Jianming,the member of the Standing Committee to Chai Yuqing,the Chairman of Chung Chou University of Science and Technology,at the same time,he exchanged and interacted with the counterparts in Taiwan in-depth about the teaching on communication and negotiation 

2. On March 2013, the book Business Negotiations(second edition) authored by Professor Yan Qinglin,the deputy director of the Committee published by Northeastern University of Finance Press,and the book Concise Guide to Business Negotiation authored by Associate Professor Jia Guihao,the member of the Standing committee published by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Press.

3. In March 2013,Shaanxi Youth Vocational Institute Journal Section 1 (Total 103)published two articles submitted by the Committee,signing the academic Journal co-founded the program "Communication and Negotiation"with the Committee,enhancing the influence of Communication and Negotiation Committee and taking an important step forward to promote academic exchange.  

4.From May 24 to May 26, 2013,Xia Mingxue,Deputy Secretary-General of the Committee took part in the 2013 Spring Business Administration Case Teaching in China and the development of counseling courses and discussed the matters of developing the case library of communication and negotiation with the organizers.

5.From June 7 to 8,2013,Zhang Shougang,the Secretary-General of Communication and Negotiation Committee participated in the "University of International Business and Economics Cup" and communicated with the scholars of China who engaged in communication and negotiation theory and practice research. 

6.In July,2013,the Secretary-General Zhang Shougang,the Deputy Secretary Yuan Yongming and the member of the Committee participated in the Japan's agricultural investment project negotiations, marking that the Committee has moved forwards an important step in consulting services of Enterprises’ Foreign Investment negotiation.

7.In August,2013,Yuan Yongming,Deputy Secretary-General of the Committee took part in Esperanto activity and established contact with Brazilian personnel.

8.From September 25 to 26,2013,the first session of the academic of the Committee was held in Beijing Capital University of Economics and Trade.Zeng Xiaochun,the chairman of China Communication and Negotiation Committee of Industrial Technology Society of Economic Management,Jin Xu,the Dean of Department of Commerce International Business Officials Training Institute,Yue Xiaodong,the professor of City University of Hong Kong,Zhang Qiang,the Dean of  Management School of Chengdu University,Wang Yaoxiang,the former Justice of Chinese Consul General in Manchester in the UK,Cao Hechun,the Deputy Secretary of Shenyang Branch of China International Economic and Technical Development Council  and Pei Rong,the professor of the Management and Economics school of  Beijing Institute of Technology attended the meeting as a special guests. The Deputy Directors of Communication and Negotiation Committee Professor Mei Hua,Professor Yin Qinglin,Professor Yang Zhen and the Secretary-General Zhang Shougang hosted the meeting.Wang Xuejiang,the Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Capital University of Economics and Trade,gave the welcome speech on behalf of all the guests.More than 60 guests gathered together here to discuss the results in teaching, research and practical of communication and negotiation including Li Zhe,the editor of China Light Industry Press,Marketing Director of Shenzhen Yin Nate Technology Co., Ltd.and the teachers,experts and scholars in the business negotiation areas.During the annual meeting,there are not only wonderful speeches on the hot issues from the teachers experts and scholars such as "Communication psychological mechanism", "future-oriented business negotiation disciplines", "external negotiations on how to overcome the psychological barrier", "communication and negotiation practical application", "network business negotiation research",but also a simulated business negotiations exhibition match between Capital University of Economics and Beijing Technology and Business University,where teachers gave a lot of comments from a professional point of view in comment stage and all the people attending gained a lot.The Committee built a bridge of cooperation and communication among the related colleges,enterprises and academic circles through the national academic conference of communication and negotiation. 

9.On September 25,2013,the Committee awarded the "Business Negotiation Teaching demonstration base" title to Capital University of Economics considering its business negotiation team’s excellent performance and the outstanding contribution to business negotiation course it has made to Chinese Universities.

10.On September 25,2013,the Committee certificated for the advisory team members.Pei Rong the Professor of School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology,Cao Hechun,Deputy Secretary of China International Economic and Technical Development Bureau, Shenyang Branch,Professor Yue Xiaodong of City University of Hong Kong,Wang Yaoyang Justice ,the former Consul General of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Manchester in England ,Jin Xu,the Dean of Ministry of Commerce International Business Officials Training,Zhang Qiang,the   Dean of School of Management, Chengdu University became the advisory team members.

11.On October 10, 2013, Capital University of Economics and Business which is the Member units,held the Eighth Business Negotiation Simulation Contest,and the Communication and Negotiation Committee congratulated and reported official on the website .

12.On November 1,2013,the second working meeting of the secretary team of the Committee was held.During this meeting, they summed up the performance and lack of experience in 2013, set the communication and negotiation case construction as the focus of the Committee's work in 2013 and drew up  the work plan for 2014 and the preparatory  work for the second Annual Meeting .

13.In October,2013,the secretary team of the Committee discussed the project of creating and co-founding the brand of China Industrial Technology Association of Economic Management Colleges with Professor Zhao Gang,who is the Deputy director of the Economics and Management Center of Capital University of Economics and the chairman of Student Union (http://www.elabinfo.com/) .

14.On November 16, 2013, the 30th Anniversary Conference of China Industrial Technology Association of Economic Management Colleges was held in Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Xia Mingxue,the Deputy Secretary of Communication and Negotiation Committee gave a presentation on work experience of the committee as a representative.
