The third secretary group working meeting of communication and negotiating committee was held

In the afternoon of August 10,2014,the third secretary group working meeting of communication and negotiating committee was held in the office.Firstly,all members of the secretary group summed up the results and lack of experience of the second annual meeting.Then,the 2015 Committee's work program  was discussed according to Secretary-General Zhang Shougang’s work report on the annual meeting and the recommendations of the participants. 

It was agreed that the second academic conference was held successfully.Mainly in the following aspects:

1.Representatives’ good response. Participants generally reflected this was a grand conference in terms of conference organization, content planning, business services, and the academic standards of communication and negotiation academic fields,and some representatives even said it was the "most academic, most decent" conference among all the meetings he had participated in .The high praise was undoubtedly becoming the Committee’s power and pressure for more academic activities.

2.The field of communication and negotiation theory has been deepened.Though the guests’ speeches ,the basic areas of communication and negotiation was expanded to "cross-cultural communication", "non-violent communication", "three stages theory of legal negotiations," "cloud platform’s building of business negotiation curriculum system", "high-quality communication and negotiation case development and teaching research"and other aspects.It not only expanded the horizons of the participants, but also deepened the study of the depth and extent of communication and negotiation disciplines.

3.The "Declaration of Yinchuan was signed."As the landmark achievement of communication and negotiation case development and sharing, all the representatives signed the "Declaration of Yinchuan on development and sharing of Chinese communication and negotiation case platform " in the conference.The open and sharing of the platform will facilitate communication and negotiation teaching, research, practice improvement and development and make contributions to enhancing the vitality of higher education and improving the quality of personnel training.

4.The we-chat platform published.The we-chat platform of the Committee published formally(we-chat number:iedu168) thanks to the technical assistance of Experimental Center of Capital University of Economics and Beijing Yi Lai Bo Technology Co., Ltd. .  The platform is set conference guide, to discuss the case, micro-community in one and will better serve the relevant parties with the official website, official QQ group and the official micro-blogging.

5.The first application of high-tech means.The firstly appeared advanced video conferencing systems in the conference opened the participants eye.

6.Met more social power. This conference had won a lot of attention and support from the social power in Beijing, Shenzhen, Dalian, Xi'an, which indicated the value and results of the activities of the Committee had begun to be widely recognized .

Finally, the Secretary group formed a work plan for 2015 as follows:

1.Begin to prepare the place, the organizers, the theme and the form of the third academic annual meeting in 2015.;

2.Start the construction work of the communication and negotiation case base,choose the basement of the communication and negotiation case;

3.Build domestic heights of communication and negotiation academic books and become the bridge agency of related works and imported and exported materials between Chinese and foreign countries relying on the Committee's current relationship with the relevant publishers.

4.Finish the research topics of the two conference;

5.Strengthen foreign exchange activities and accelerate the pace of internationalization；

6.Start the first Micro Video of Business Negotiation Contest;

7.Start the training program of teachers in business negotiation;

8.Plan to set up legal negotiations (litigation mediation, dispute resolution) Research Center;

9.Establish contact with the media to strengthen and expand the Committee propaganda;

10.Close the contact with other industry organizations, expand the scope of the Commission's theory with practical activities.
