The simulated business negotiation competition is an traditional competition of Capital University of Economics and Business and it is the 8th .The competition organized by business administration association aims to increasing the influence of business negotiation teaching in school,providing a platform of professional learning and capacity training for the students and selecting talents for the business negotiation team.
The competition was held at 20;40 on October 10 in room 503 of Shen Si building.The attending guests were Yang Zhen,the Vice chairman of Communication and Negotiation Committee,professor Zhao Tao,Economics School,Dr. Sheng Longfei,School of Labor Economics,professor Lin Li and counselor Pan Jingyu ,Business Administration School.
Mr.Yang Zhen gave a speech in the opening ceremony.He showed the consistently supportive attitude of the leaders of business administration association by referring to the revolutionary predecessors classic story,affirmed the participating enthusiasm of the teachers and students and the past achievements, encouraged the students to show their abilities on the stage of this competition, and wish the eighth Simulated business negotiation competition a success.He ended his speech with “communication changes the world,negotiation creates value” and won the applause of the 200 audiences at present.Then,he was gong to start to discuss the eighth simulated business negotiation competition .
After the brief opening ceremony,the business administration association and the business negotiation team presented a wonderful and educational exhibition match whose theme was “dispute of three islands” .The two sides had a heated and excellent confrontation from history, resource allocation of all kinds of mineral , control rights of the Straits, division of the disputed territory, personnel occupying ratio,public support,national complex,the overall strength,military strength,infrastructure construction and division and other aspects.
During the competition ,both sides showed adequate preparation, excellent language skills, rapid response and perfect play,which made the competition excellent and aroused the audiences’ continuous applause.After the competition,Mr.Lin Li made a public explanation and analysis for it,and his wise analysis, objective evaluation and rigorous language was wonderful and benefited the students a lot..He pointed out that the core of business negotiation is cooperation and win-win,which requested the business negotiation teams should let the other side also get some benefit while fighting for their interests to achieve a win-win perfection in the end.Mr.Lin Li also proposed his hope for the students that they should deepen their accumulation, and expand personal capacity to be a top negotiator.The students promised to strive toward this goal.At last,Mr.Lin Li wish the students to get excellent results in this national business negotiation contest.
