My membership units Capital University of Economics and Business held the seventh simulated business negotiation competition finals
At 18:30pm on November 22,the Seventh simulated business negotiations Contest Finals of Capital University of Economics and Trade was held in the meeting hall of the Bo Yuan building. Deputy party secretary Sun Shanxue,principal Assistant and dean of College of Business Administration Gao Chuang,Director of Academic Affairs Zhang Qi,Vice Minister of Propaganda Department Fu Bei,Director of Party branch Jin Jinghu,deputy dean of College Zhang Xueping and Liu Xuexin and Deputy secretary of the Party branch Li Juanting attended the contest.
The three experts acting as the Evaluation Group members are Yu Xianrong,the vice president of the International Business Negotiation Association,Cao Hechun,Deputy Director of Economic and Technological Development Bureau(Shenyang Branch),and Yang Zhen,the deputy director of the Communication and Negotiation Committee and head judge of the contest. The three experts acting as the Judge Group members are Lin Li,Business Administration School,Zhao Tao,Economics School,and Zhang Jie,the vice president of Urban Economy and Public Administration School.Besides,the organizer also invited representative teams of Peking University,Hebei University of Economics and Business and Beijing Technology and Business University to visit the contest.The attending sponsor representatives are Cai Xiangxue,the manager of Xi'an Teng Ye Information Technology Co.and Zhao Yang,the deputy manager of Shenzhen GTA Information Technology Co., Ltd..After 8 minutes review of this competition of business negotiation simulation contest , the final officially began.
The final contest began between the junior representative team from Economics School and sophomore representative team from Business Administration and the title was the negotiations on the joint venture (cooperation) of green tea. A negotiating party was Zi Wu green tea company led by Chen Wancheng and B side was Plastic Materials Co., Ltd. Led by Hua Zhijie.They hotly discussed on the theme of cooperation to develop market.The contest was intense but in order and the contestants performed wonderfully and the atmosphere was excellent.After repeated discussing,they finally reached a basic agreement. The audience erupted into applause.After the contest,the two experts Yu Xianrong and Cao Hechun gave the depth and specific commenting.The judges praised the achievement the Capital University of Economics and Trade in business negotiation and the advantages of the two teams of the contest,saying that the the contestants were quick-witted, good prepared ,and he also pointed out the shortages and hoped they can improve their skills of joint venture negotiations.Lastly,he encouraged the business negotiation team of Capital University of Economics and Trade can make better achievements on bigger stage.
The exhibition match was ornamental and instructive.The exhibition match between Peking University and Hebei University of Economics and Business vividly showed the bargaining between fruit retailers,residents buyers and enterprise purchasers by their vivid role simulation. Professor Yang Zhen explained the comedy’s key point combining with skills of communication and negotiation and the students benefited a lot.
Starting in October,the Seventh simulated business negotiations Contest lasted one month,and there were 28 teams,150 persons participating in.The scale reached the highest in history and the event achieved a record high level.By now, the contest ended successfully.
