The first working conference communication and negotiation committee secretary group held

In the afternoon,November 23,2012,the secretary group meeting of China Communication and Negotiation Committee of Industrial Technology Society of Economic Management Colleges was held in Xi’an Jiaotong University.Professor Zeng Xiaochun,the chairman of Industrial Technology Society of Economic Management Colleges attended the meeting and Zhang Shougang,the secretary general of Communication and Negotiation Committee hosted the meeting.The meeting was divided into three topics:Introduction of Committee’s basic situation and work plan of 2013 by chairman Zeng Xiaochun,the work situation and arrangements of Communication and Negotiation Committee,discussion on the 2013work plan of Communication and Negotiation Committee.

The chairman Zeng introduced the basic situation of the Committee to the secretary group. Industrial Technology Society of Economic Management Colleges is a Society national level organization registered in Ministry of Civil Affairs for,and in the charge of the Ministry of Education.Since established in October,1983,The society always aims at theory research,academic exchange,training,international cooperation and consulting service in industrial and economics management and providing a platform for the members to cooperate and communicate.There are seven committees including enterprise management, vocational education, research in teaching, networking, network economics, innovation management and communication and negotiation.Then ,he reviewed the achievements the Committee had made in 2012 and made a conclusion.In the end,he briefly introduced some important tasks in 2013 including to hold the Communication and Negotiation Committee meeting.

Secretary-general Zhang Shougang made a report on the Committee’s work situation and task arrangement.The report firstly reviewed the main work in 2012 of the Committee:In April,the first academic annual meeting was held in Xi’an.On September 28,the committee was established formally in the 11th academic annual meeting of Industrial Technology Society of Economic Management Colleges and developed structure and made a brief introduction of the structure.He also pointed out the Committee has developed three publicity platform,which were the website(www.tanpanwang.com),QQ group and electronic journal and has its own place to work.Then,he made a preliminary division of the  work to be done including press releases, conferences, outside raining, negotiation matches, negotiation case organization.Finally,he introduced the work plan of 2013.

All the members of the secretary group discussed and studied the work plan of 2013 and expressed their views.Finally,the main tasks of the Committee in 2013 was defined:

Hold the first academic annual meeting with high standards 

.Connect the electronic journals with the academic journals to increase the influence;

Start the project of negotiation case base construction

.Start the preparations for the nationwide contest for business negotiation;

5.Strengthen the contact and cooperation with the committees belonging to the Communication and Negotiation Committee.

6.Establish contact normalization mechanism with the members;

7.Seize the opportunity to publish the books in communication and negotiation.

In the end,chairman Zeng proposed his hope and requirements:keep up with the times,be innovative,and go an international and quality-oriented development path;Strengthen the propaganda to go on expanding the influence of the academic committee ;aim to be an academic organization that links application and practice, knowledge and action;pay attention to the impact of academic activities of civil society organizations;make good achievements without negative news;pay attention to the formation and protection of their intangible assets and business reputation .

After the meeting,all the participants visited the workplace of the Committee.
