Professor Yang Zhen, deputy director of the Committee  carry out simulated business negotiations teaching exchange in Scranton University, USA

During Yang Zhen,deputy director of the Committee and professor of Business Administration College in Capital University of Economics and Trade,visiting the United States,he cooperated with Robert C. Giambatista,teacher of Marketing Department of Management College (Scranton) University of Scranton University,to have a teaching exchange on the simulated commercial negotiation and achieved the desired results.

The exchange program was jointly developed by the Yang Zhen and Satya ,aiming at completing the simulation match between graduates of Capital University of Economics and Trade and American students.After careful planning, starting from October 20,Yang Zhen respectively went into the  business elite class and the enterprises management class and began his seminars on commercial negotiations,including the basics, the significance of commercial negotiation, the impact of the simulation game in China and international ,talks on video explanations, case studies, and competition rules,and so on.Responded positively to the classroom, the students overwhelming response.After October 27, participating students began group discussions to gather information and develop plans. The Capital University of Economics and Trade team mobilized all Chinese students to join the school, Teacher Yang Zhen personally guided training, enhancing our sense of belonging and cohesion, the students gave up vacation, prepared for the night, determined to win glory for the Chinese people.On November 3, at the Science Center Scranton University lecture hall, students of two sides launched two wonderful Sino-US wars .the subject of the first negotiation is "technology training attachment," Zhu Chaorui, Yu Wenqiang, Zhao Wenjing, Liu Xiaowei, Yu Lu attended on behalf of China;the subject of the second negotiation is "the establishment of wind power equipment manufacturing on joint venture base," Zhu Chaorui, Yu Wenqiang, Zhao Wenjing, Li Zhiran,, Li Sirui attended on behalf of China.Negotiations smoothly transacted , the two sides fluently answered, due to the Chinese team preparing, the Chinese side won the both.

Teacher Yang Zhen and teacher Robert praised the performance of the students,  fully affirmed this form of teaching exchange, and analyzed the problems in the negotiation process, and answered students questions.

After the public class, students of both sides had pictures taken,and exchanged the addresses. Learning without borders, the friendship between Chia and the US exists forever.
